Sixteen masterworks for the keyboard - 14 originally for piano; 2 for organ - have been artfully edited, simplified, and arranged in a manner which challeng es and satisfies the performer's musicality rather than demanding technical fa cility. Some titles will be familiar, but many are lesser-known, at least to t he non-pianist, while all are appropriate for use in worship, for keyboard rep ertoire, or simply for personal enjoyment. Each piece has been timed to assist with programming. Representing works from the Baroque to the 20th century, ea ch is significant in its own right as a historical masterpiece.
